Balance To Thrive with me!

My name is Shaena Hudson. I started my journey with food beginning at a young age. I grew up in a time where I was eating processed foods with some fresh foods and when I moved out my diet was mainly microwaveable and processed foods, things like lean cuisines or frozen veggies, bagged chips or sweets, ramen and pizza rolls. I was 17 years old when I first began getting very sick daily, it started small for me with disruptions in my day and gradually progressed to being at the doctor often, I was spending lots of money and time and not getting better. I did elimination diet and pinpointed gluten and dairy as allergens. I was eating a lot of gluten and dairy alternatives gaining more weight and having awful cystic acne breakouts paired with eczema and was still not feeling my best until I started eating more of a paleo diet and diving into my gut microbiome health. I was young and had no experience or knowledge, I am grateful because this led me to learn and grow within myself. Later I decided to go to school for holistic nutrition and this is where my knowledge greatly expanded. This progressed into me wanting to share my knowledge and experience with others.

My goal is to work with clients for 3-6 months and know that when we are done you will feel completely capable! I utilize all modalities of health to get to the root cause for my clients and to help you achieve feeling your best daily. Let us guide you on your journey to optimal health and vitality. I specialize in helping people figure out what works best for their health and wellness. I have helped many people with ranges of health and wellness; with allergens, diabetes, hormone imbalance, gut health, nervous system balance, relationship with food. Also with sleep and cortisol disruption, lifestyle changes, environmental factors, cleaning out pantries from processed foods, women with products that don’t contribute to their best self, workout plans and fitness goals!
